Thank you for using H128,H129 safe. Before using the safe, please read this usage carefully. Our safe will bring you much more safety, convenience and pleasure.

 

1.Safe Caution

1.1.Please fix the safe before use.

1.2.Please modify the Master Password before use.

1.3.Please keep well the mechanical keys attached with the safe, and do not hand it to the guest or leave it inside the same safe.

3.Lock and Unlock the safe

3.1.Unlock the safe with mechanical key

Take off the cylinder cap (use special hook); insert the mechanical key; turn 90ìclockwise; the door opened; turn 90ìanti-clockwise of the mechanical key and pull out the mechanical key.

3.2.Lock the safe with Guest Password

In unlocking state, close the door and press the door, input 1to 9 digits as your password, press “#”, the safe is locked, and display “CLOSED”.

Example: press “112233”→ press “#”, →the safe is locked →display “CLOSED”.

Note: when lock the safe, if the latch of the safe is blocked, the latch will withdraw automatically, and the buzzer will give alarm. Please redo “Lock the safe with Guest Password”(refer 4.2).

Tip1：press “*” before input password, display “P”, in this case, the password you input will be hidden, and display “－” instead real password.

Tip2：when you input the wrong password, you can press “*” to delete.

 

3.3.Unlock the safe with Guest Password (guest use)

In locking state, input your pre-selected password, press “#”, the safe is unlocked

Example: if the Guest Password is “112233”, in locking state, press “112233”, →press “#”, →the safe is unlocked, display “OPENED”.

Note: when input the wrong password, the buzzer will give alarm. The first time to input wrong password, it will display “EEE1”; the second time to input wrong password, it will display “EEE2”; the third time to input wrong password, it will display “EEE3”. After 3 times continuous wrong password, the keypad will be locked for 3minutes,during this time, if you press the key, it will display “EEEEEE”.

Tip1：press “*” before input password, display “P”, in this case, the password you input will be hidden, and display “－” instead real password.

Tip2：when you input the wrong password, you can press “*” to delete.

Tip3：the Guest Password is “888888” when come out from factory.

3.4.Unlock the safe with Master Password (manager use)

In locking state, input Master Password, press “#”, display “ PASS1~9”, after 10seconds, the safe is unlocked.

Example: if the Master Password is “123456781234”, in locking state, press “123456781234”, → press “#”, →display “ PASS1~9”, do not press any key, after 10seconds →the safe is unlocked, display “OPENED”.

Note: when input the wrong password, the buzzer will give alarm. The first time to input wrong password, it will display “EEE1”; the second time to input wrong password, it will display “EEE2”; the third time to input wrong password, it will display “EEE3”. After 3 times continuous wrong password, the keypad will be locked for 3minutes,during this time, if you press the key, it will display “EEEEEE”.

4.Modify password

4.1.Modify Guest Password

Modifying Guest Password is same as “Lock the safe with Guest Password”(refer 4.2).

In unlocking state, close the door and press the door, input 1to 9 digits as your password, press “#”, the safe is locked, and display “CLOSED”, at the same time modify the Guest Password successfully.

 

4.2.Modify Master Password

When modify Master Password, the lock should be in locking state. Input the old Master Password, press “#”, display “ PASS1~9”, press “*” during the display “ PASS1~9,display “CODE”, input your new Master Password (it must to be 12digitals), display “GOOD”, modify the Master Password successfully.

 

Example: if the old Master Password is “123456781234”, now change it to “112233445566”,in locking state, press “123456781234”, → press “#”, →display “ PASS1~9”, press “*” during the display “ PASS1~9,display “CODE”, →input new Master Password “112233445566”, display “GOOD”,  the Master Password has been changed to  “112233445566”.

 

5.Install the safe

For the safe is light, you have to make sure that the safe has been fixed to the wall or ground hard.

Note:  fixing the safe to the wall or ground, may affect the structure of your wall or ground. Before fixing, you have to think about the safe of your wall or ground. We will not take charge on this.

 

6 Change the batteries

Open the door of the safe. Take off the plastic cover inside the door, and install 4 pieces of new AA batteries to the battery case, cover the cover.

Note:  the battery should be AA alkaline. Old battery cannot match with new battery together.

 

7.Use the external battery case

When the battery is low. You can use the external battery case to supply power to the safe. Plug the pin of the external battery case to the jack at the bottom of the control board of the safe.

Note:please make sure the external battery case has enough power.

 

8.Malfunction and management

8.1.Explanation of malfunction display

 

 

8.2.Common problem

Q1. Forget the Guest Password

Management: Unlock with Master Password（refer 4.4）or unlock with mechanical key（refer 4.1）,and then lock the safe with new Guest Password.

 

Q2. Forget the Master Password

Management: Unlock   with mechanical key（refer 4.1）first, and then open the cover behind the door

Press the “Reset” button on the Circuit board, display “YES?”, Press “# ”,display “CLEAR”, the Guest Password and the Master Password is restored to the initialization, the Guest Password is “888888”, the Master Password is “123456781234”.and then modify the Master Password again（refer 5.2）.

 

Q3. Display “LO-BAT” and the buzzer give alarm

Explanation: batteries low. .
